NXS Management, LLC (“NXS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates nxs.management (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

  • Information you submit. When you complete a creator or brand intake form, you provide your name, email, and the additional details requested by that form (such as company, vertical, audience size, links to your work, budget range, or campaign description).
  • Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and any content you choose to send.
  • Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider may log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and timestamp. We do not currently use cookies or first-party analytics on the Site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate fit for representation or partnership.
